Nathan Molica has an extensive background in servant leadership that he honed in the United States Army where he served the last two decades. While in the Army, he reached the rank of Lieutenant Colonel and commanded a Battalion at Fort Hood, Texas before returning to his hometown of Memphis to serve as the Deputy Commander for the Memphis District of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers. Nathan is known for being a team builder, problem solver, and strategic planner. He brings these skills, along with a host of others that he developed in the military, to lead Path’s efforts to create better efficiencies in the areas of energy, water, and operations as he leads our Infrastructure Team.
